We are hiring! 802 Honda is looking for a new Finance Manager to join our incredible team. We offer a relaxed atmosphere, job stability, and great company culture.

• Working face to face with customers to complete paperwork necessary for the purchase of a vehicle and warranty products
• Completing established processes to generate revenue for the department
• Present service contracts, GAP, and other beneficial ancillary programs
• Prepare paperwork and finalize financial transactions in a legal and ethical manner to ensure a strong lender relationship
• Reviews customers credit applications
• Achieve monthly forecasts for F&I income, levels, and customer service
• Sorting and file paperwork in order to maintain proper record keeping practices
• Follows up on funding of car deals with banks and OEM while building lender relationships
• Other duties as assigned

• Outgoing, high energy personality and positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail and work well in a process driven environment
• Exceptional customer service skills, organized, driven, a team player, and possess the ability to "close"
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in finance, sales, legal contracts, banking, or a related field. A combination of education and experience will be considered
• Ability to operate computer based systems
• Finance experience is preferred

802 Honda - Automotive Detailer

Welcome to 802 Honda! We are one of the largest dealerships in Vermont, are growing rapidly and are in need of an additional detailer. We offer a relaxed atmosphere, job stability, amazing teammates and plenty of work to go around!

We value our detailers and on average they make over $20/hour and could easily increase from there depending on experience and performance in the role.

• Washes cars; removes tar and other material from vehicle surfaces.
• For new vehicles, removes protective coverings, packaging and containers as necessary.
• Performs installation of minor parts and accessories as directed.
• Cleans floor mats, dashboard, interior door panels, carpets, and other interior surfaces.
• Waxes cars; may use power buffer.
• Selects and uses appropriate cleaning products for a variety of reconditioning tasks, e.g. cleaning glass, rubber, upholstery, and plastic surfaces.
• May assist body shop technicians in preparing vehicles for painting:  cleaning surfaces, covering glass surfaces and applying masking tape to chrome.
• Stores tools and supplies in their proper places.
• Keeps the detailing/recon area clean and free of tripping and other hazards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• No Experience Required.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• A great attitude and work ethic.
