802 Honda - Junior Service Advisor:
Summary:
As one of Vermont's largest Honda dealerships, 802 Honda is seeking a Junior Service Advisor to join our service team. In this role, you will support the Service Department by managing customer communication, scheduling, used car and Get Ready intake, and administrative tasks, allowing Service Advisors to focus on customer care and sales while maintaining high standards for quality and customer satisfaction. This is an hourly position with bonus potential, offering annual earnings between $43,680-$50,000 based on experience and performance. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, and reports directly to the Service Manager.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in guests; assist with pre-repair orders
Answer incoming calls, return voicemails promptly, and communicate with guests regarding appointments and follow-ups
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments as needed
Write up used vehicles and Get Ready units; create and manage recon slips
Coordinate rental and loaner vehicle needs
Maintain accurate data within the dealership's computerized software systems (Xtime and DMS)
Support a high level of customer satisfaction within the Honda Interactive Network system
Assist Service Advisors with administrative and operational tasks
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Core Competencies:
Prior automotive or customer service experience preferred
Ability to efficiently navigate multiple computer and software systems
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Professional appearance, customer-focused approach to guest interactions
Demonstrates accountability, initiative, and follow-through
Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions and information
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
