Automotive Technician - 802 Honda
SUMMARY:Welcome to 802 Honda! We are one of the largest Honda dealerships in Vermont, are growing rapidly and are in need of a new automotive technician. We offer a relaxed atmosphere, job stability, amazing teammates and plenty of work to go around!
EARNING POTENTIAL:We value our technicians, pay is competitive and can increase drastically depending on experience and performance in the role. On average, our flat-rate technicians make between $45,000 - $80,000/year. Our Technicians also earn up to a $4,000/year bonus!
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive vehicles
- Complete a Multi-Point Inspection on every vehicle.
- Test drive vehicles including some with manual transmission
- Honda experience and or ASE Certifications a Plus!
- Fast, eager learner and team player
- Knowledge in automotive repair and maintenance
- Basic computer skills

F&I Manager at 802 Honda
SUMMARY:Welcome to 802 Honda! Join our team as an F&I Manager, where you will play a crucial role in our dealership's success. At 802 Honda, we prioritize our employees' well-being and growth, offering competitive compensation and a supportive work environment.
EARNING POTENTIAL:On average, an F&I Manager will make $110,000 per year with the potential to make more.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working face to face with customers to complete paperwork necessary for the purchase of a vehicle and warranty products
- Completing established processes to generate revenue for the department
- Present service contracts, GAP, and other beneficial ancillary programs
- Prepare paperwork and finalize financial transactions in a legal and ethical manner to ensure a strong lender relationship
- Reviews customers credit applications
- Achieve monthly forecasts for F&I income, levels, and customer service
- Sorting and file paperwork in order to maintain proper record keeping practices
- Follows up on funding of car deals with banks and OEM while building lender relationships
- Other duties as assigned
- 1-3 years of experience in automotive finance, sales, or a related field. A combination of education and experience will be considered
- Outgoing, high energy personality and positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and work well in a process driven environment
- Exceptional customer service skills, organized, driven, a team player, and possess the ability to "close"
- Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent Ability to operate computer based systems
- Automotive Finance experience is preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Promptly follow up with provided leads via phone, email, and text
- Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership
- Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
